PresentiaFX provides a complete managed library solution. Assets are divided with a tiered structure appropriate to your company, where users can keep track of all their assets – from slides to videos to word docs to jpgs.

Each presentation created references the users slide library, creating a tiny text file to remember them.

With Powerpoint you end up with lots and lots of versions of the same thing clogging up space... on PC’s, laptops, Intranet etc.

There is no facility to control versions of presentations when content dates.

PresentiaFX gives users access to high quality, cutting edge design which has been created for your exact purposes, by professionals.

Users of Powerpoint will either be using generic clipart material or their own non-professional resources.

PresentiaFX comes with a fully functioning administration set up, allowing different permissions for administrators and users.

Administrators can ensure that users have correct slide libraries, distribute new assets and backgrounds, share presentations etc.

Powerpoint has no facility for ensuring the users are actually using the right information!

PresentiaFX uses Flash technology to keep files small, playable on the web and quick to run.

Powerpoint requires large amounts of disc space to run and store files. It has limited ability to export presentations to the web, and no ability to create standalone copies.

PresentiaFX has simple menus for ease of use (and training!).

PowerPoint gives the user an overwhelming amount of menu items and toolbars, many of which are irrelevant to a corporate company.

Extensive training courses are required and ultimately users often give up and pass the workload on to other ‘experts’ in the company to complete/tidy up.
